Q: Is your pickup/delivery for free?

You may request free pickup Or Delivery per order as long as the total amount is $60 or more.

Q: How do I settle my invoice?

Cash (can be paid to the our delivery representative)
EFTPOS/credit card payments (in-store or to our delivery representative)
Online invoice payment for home delivery requests.

Q: When do I expect my items to be ready?

Our current standard turn around time is 3 business days, please let us know if you want it urgent and we can accommodate.

Yes, we accept AMEX.

Q: Is there a cut-off time to request a delivery?

Yes, please ensure you request a delivery no later than 10am on the day of delivery.
